U406 Breakaway

The U406 is designed to be installed on fuel dispensing hoses, and will separate when subjected to a designed pull force. The dual valves seat automatically, stopping the flow of fuel and limiting any fuel spillage, while protecting the dispensing equipment. For proper operation, the U406-A/B should be installed with a "straightening" hose with a minimum length of 9". U406-C/D should be installed with a minimum length of 12" .

Materials:

Body: Aluminum

Main Seals: Viton

Main Spring: stainless steel

Guide and poppet: POM

Protective Sleeve: PVC

Features:

Pull force- the U406 will break away with a pull force of 250 lbs ±5%, the U406 will break away with a pull force of 300 lbs±5%.

Certainty of operation- designed to be replaced after separation, instead of reassembled, to protect against reassembly errors.

Unique double-poppet design-features low pressure drop.

Flow rate: 0-60L/Min(3/4")

0-120L/Min(1")

Working pressure: 0.18Mpa

Low pressure drop- the integral check valve design allows for minimal pressure drop for faster, high-volume fill-ups.

100% Factory Tested.

the product vary largely and different performance and failure as well. The following just introduce some general methods to solve troubles. 3.1. Inefficient performance The bad separate capacity present as: large foam appears in oil indicator as refueling, accuracy is affected. Maintenance methods and procedure as followed. Firstly to check the nut and plug on strainer whether loose, whether leakage at joint face as stopping operation. If failure is still exists aft fuel dispenser er solve the sealing problem of strainer cover, conduct next progress. Check whether pipeline leakage between tank and fuel dispensers. The check method is to disconn fuel dispenser ect the end cover of strainer, and to find whether exist oil in low pressure chamber; if no oil or oil level go down slowly, there is some leaking places in pipeline or bottom valve. Inspect exhausting valve seat. Open upper cover and inspect the small hole at exhausting valve seat whether stuck. If the hole is stuck or narrowed by waste, oil indicator would appear much foam due to air leaking into vapor separate chamber. The method to solve trouble is that dredge hole and clean groove, making enough area. Note that the area should don’t too large, large room easily causes leaking oil at exhausting pipe. Check vapor separate chamber. Under normal condition oil level in the chamber should keep a half capacity so that ensure air can’t reach into low pressure chamber. (Different products with various oil level). If there is no oil or low level in vapor separate chamber, the taper valve would not plug the hole of return oil valve seat, so as air reaching into low press fuel dispenser ure chamber via taper valve and returned oil valve. The solution is that inspecting the axis of returned valve and the hole of returned oil valve seat. Reassembling them after solve problems. 3.2. Exhaust pipe leakage When tank position is higher than that of fuel dispenser, exhausting pipe will leak oil. Plugging exhausting pipe could solve leakage phenomenon. If found leakage on tank the following procedure

ers are being steadily eroded by a string of reforms made necessary for Turkey to win its prized start of membership talks with the European Union last October. Mr Erdogan s supporters blamed agents of “the deep stateof rogue security officials and bureaucrats for last week s attack. Their aim is said to be to torpedo the EU process, weaken the government and bully Mr Erdogan into ditching his ambitions to succeed Mr Sezer when he retires next year. Mr Arslan s bi fuel dispenser zarre web of connections suggest that he did not act alone. His alleged accomplices include a former army captain, who was dumped at an Istanbul hospital with self-inf fuel dispenser licted knife wounds after the killing, and sundry ultra-nationalists involved in extra-judicial killings, extortion rackets and attacks against Christians and Kurds. But even if the affair proves to be a conspiracy, Mr Erdogan still needs to ask himself why so many Turks blamed the government. One reason may be that, just like his pro-secular critics, Mr Erdogan has been decidedly selective in his sense of democracy and justice. He has loudly denounced court rulings against the headscarf. Yet, when an Istanbul prosecutor pressed charges against the country s best-known author, Orhan Pamuk, for speaking about the mass killings of Armenians by the Ottomans in 1915, Mr Erdogan did not utter a squeak of reproach. His claims to defend the interests of all Turks, not just religious ones, are beginning to ring hollow. Yet those who are baying for the government s blood should think twice as well. For all his shortcomings, Mr Erdogan has brought Turkey greater fr fuel dispenser eedom and stability than any of his pro-secular predecessors. His attempts to increase Islam s visibility in public life have remained just that. Although a recent poll suggests that Mr Erdogan s popularity rating has slipped from 35% to 28%, his party still has twice as much support as the pro- secular Republican People s party. Indeed, the lack of a credible opposition remains one of Turkey s biggest weakne
